A state-of-the-art Terminal A has just been opened at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. And to celebrate, passengers are being offered free city check-in services. Morafiq Aviation Services, which operates the city check-in services, announced the service for passengers traveling on Etihad Airways. The city check-in locations for Morafiq are the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, which is open around the clock, and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, which operates from 9 am to 9 pm.

By depositing baggage at the city check-in, passengers can enjoy the new facilities at Terminal A, including biometric technology to streamline the screening and boarding process, and 35,000sqm of retail and F&B space. This offer for free checking is available till December 14.

For passengers flying on Air Arabia, Wizz Air, and Egypt Air, free city check-in is also available, but for a fee. The fee is Dh35 for an adult, Dh25 for a child, and Dh15 for an infant.
